• Orders are processed and dispatched only on postal working days (Monday to Friday except bank holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the next postal working day.
• Next day delivery means next postal working day.
• Saturday delivery can only be guaranteed with DPD Saturday service.
• Royal Mail sometimes deliver on Saturdays but this cannot be guaranteed.
• Please note that there must be someone at the delivery address to sign for the package.
• All orders must be delivered to or signed for by a person over 18 years of age.
